Responsibilities
- Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B.
- Identify key points of contact through Sales Navigator and other desk‑target methods.
- Actively manage the sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the funnel.
- Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
- Transition qualified leads from pipeline to the onboarding team to finalize the transaction.
- Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- Knowledge of English and Italian at a minimum C1 level (speaking and writing).
- 2.5 to 5 years of directly relevant customer‑facing experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the tech or advertising sales sector.
- Ability to think creatively and react quickly to tailor messaging to different conversations.
- Ambition, confidence, fearless outgoing attitude – a self‑starter with a competitive growth mindset.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with Salesforce or prior exposure to a CRM tool.
- Previous experience within sales (working on warm leads, cold outreach, research).
Additional Information
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‑hour fully paid break.
Hybrid role: 3 days home office (Wed & Thu office).

Relocation: relocation to Greece/Bulgaria. Remote work outside of Greece/Bulgaria is not permitted. Relocation package includes flight reimbursement, 2 weeks in hotel and advanced payment.
Compensation
Salary Bulgaria: Euro gross per month + performance bonus Euro gross (quarterly).
Salary Greece: 1150 Euro gross per month + project bonus 150 Euro per month + performance bonus 1000 Euro gross (quarterly).
