As Sales Support Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver sales results in line with budget and commercial targets
  • Identify customer needs and develop tailored business solutions
  • Drive commercial initiatives across both new and existing product lines
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Monitor order progress and ensure successful delivery
  • Support the acquisition of new Food Service clients
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market activity
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement and Supply Chain teams
  • Coordinate order execution, product launches, and commercial initiatives
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products/services
  • Manage and resolve any issues related to orders and logistics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in the food industry, ideally in fast-moving or sensitive product categories
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in a similar commercial role
  • Strong knowledge of the Italian market and distribution channels (Food Service / HoReCa / Retail)
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and commercial development
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
