Role Overview

You will join our Sales & Marketing team, managing proposals, tender and procurement processes in a fast-paced, international environment across both profit and non-profit sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and evaluating national and international tenders, with a strong focus on public and institutional sectors
  • Overseeing the end-to-end tender process: from identifying opportunities, preparing technical and administrative documents, and drafting proposals (in English and Italian), to managing stakeholder and partner communication
  • Balancing technical, financial, and human aspects in every proposal
  • Supporting research on new tender opportunities and helping shape structured, compelling offers
  • Collaborating with strategic and creative teams; supporting project budgeting, administration, and contract management
  • Managing deadlines, priorities, and navigating challenges proactively


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in tendering, proposal writing, budgeting, and project management—ideally in international contexts
  • Strong understanding of public procurement and international tender systems
  • Proven ability to independently structure and write proposals (in both English and Italian: C1 minimum)
  • Advanced project cycle management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Innovation-oriented and comfortable with digital and AI tools
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree in Political Science, Law, International Relations, or similar fields (preferred)
