Salesforce Director

Location: Milan, Lombardy (with national travel)

Seniority: Director

Compensation package: RAL 70-90.000 € + 30% bonus, health insurance, and ticket 8€

To reinforce its market position and expand its Salesforce practice, we are looking for a high-caliber Salesforce Director to drive business growth, shape strategic initiatives, and lead an expert team.


The Salesforce Director role

As Salesforce Director , you will report directly to the Commercial Director and CEO .

Your mission will be to define and execute high-impact growth strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on expanding the client portfolio and strengthening internal capabilities.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership – Define and implement initiatives to position the Company as a key player in the Italian Salesforce market.
  • Business Growth – Drive revenue growth by acquiring new mid-to-large enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Practice Expansion – Develop and scale the Salesforce team, ensuring talent acquisition, certifications, and capability enhancement.
  • Team Management – Lead a team of 15 professionals, primarily based in Rome, optimizing structure and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to maximize cross-selling opportunities and enhance go-to-market strategies.
  • Best Practices & Quality – Establish and promote best practices for both project execution and AMS (Application Management Services).


The Ideal Candidate

Background – Strong experience in consulting firms, preferably in business integration.

Industry Expertise – Proven track record in manufacturing and retail.

Leadership & Strategy – Ability to lead a high-performing team, define strategic roadmaps, and ensure execution excellence.

Commercial Acumen – Strong business development skills with experience in Salesforce-driven growth initiatives.

Education & Skills – Master’s degree, fluent English, and the ability to operate at an executive level.

Mobility – Availability for national travel as required.
