Summary:
We're looking for an ICT Governance Specialist Salesforce with a strong blend of technical and communication skills to join our team. You'll be responsible for the governance of our Salesforce service, overseeing AMS (Application Management Services) activities, and managing platform evolution projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce AMS Service Monitoring and Governance:
- Oversee and ensure the quality of service provided by our AMS partners for the Salesforce platform.
- Monitor performance, incident resolution, and the efficiency of maintenance and support activities.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and company policies.
- Manage escalations related to issues or deviations from expected service levels.
- Salesforce Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate Salesforce implementation and/or evolution projects, from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (business units, IT) to understand needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Coordinate the activities of external vendors involved in projects.
- Manage the project lifecycle, including planning, progress monitoring, risk management, and change control.
- Ensure technical and functional documentation for completed projects.
- Technical and Functional Expertise:
- Provide second-level technical and functional support for the Salesforce platform.
- Work with our partner to analyze and propose technical solutions to optimize Salesforce usage.
- Communication and Relationship Building:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the business, IT, and external vendors for all Salesforce-related matters.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the status of services and projects to stakeholders at various levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 4 years of proven experience in an ICT Governance, Project Management, or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce platform.
- Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce solutions are a plus).
- Ability to understand and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
