We’re Hiring at VASS: Senior Salesforce Solution Architect
Rome, Italy | 100% On-Site
At VASS , we help organizations accelerate digital transformation through innovative technology solutions and deep industry expertise. We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture of a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme for a strategic client based in Rome.
Your Responsibilities
• Define and own the overall Salesforce solution architecture across multiple workstreams
• Design scalable data models across Education Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce modules
• Architect integrations with enterprise platforms including MuleSoft, SharePoint, Tableau, Moodle, Microsoft Entra ID, and other external systems
• Define CI/CD, sandbox, and environment strategies ensuring scalable and secure delivery practices
• Lead architectural governance, design reviews, and platform best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Design secure, compliant, and scalable Salesforce security and permissions models
• Support Experience Cloud portal architecture and Mobile Publisher configuration
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation, integration specifications, and technical standards
What We’re Looking For
✅ 10+ years of Salesforce architecture and implementation experience
✅ Strong expertise across Education Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Growth, and Agentforce
✅ Deep knowledge of Salesforce integrations, MuleSoft, API-led connectivity, and enterprise architecture patterns
✅ Experience designing large-scale Salesforce data models with high-volume environments
✅ Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
✅ Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification required
✅ CTA certification is highly desirable
✅ Experience in regulated, public sector, or institutional environments is highly valued
Languages
• English: Full professional proficiency (mandatory)
• Spanish: Nice to have
• Italian: Nice to have
