What You’ll Actually Do:
- Use your sales instinct to identify, connect with, and engage top IT professionals
- Own the recruitment cycle: from screening to placement
- Build your own specialist market of candidates and clients who rely on your expertise
- Negotiate offers, close deals, and celebrate life-changing outcomes - for them, and for you
- Be part of a high-performance team where your growth is non-negotiable
What You Bring:
- 1–5 years of professional sales experience (insurance, real estate, telesales, B2B/B2C…)
- The confidence to pick up the phone and make things happen
- Resilience, drive, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Fluent English and EU passport or citizenship
- Ready to relocate and work on-site in Malta — this is an in-person role for those who want to learn fast and grow faster
