AMS Specialist / Consultant – Application Management Services, with experience in pre- and post-go-live application support in ERP environments, available part-time (including vertical part-time) for 12

months.
You will be part of the IT Division in the role of Application Management Services (AMS) and will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity, ongoing support, and optimization of the client's critical business applications, in compliance with agreed service levels (SLAs). They will oversee the software lifecycle pre- and post-release during implementation, combining technical support expertise with continuous improvement capabilities (evolutionary maint

enance).
Required Technical Skills – AMS S

pecialist
At least 2–3 years of experience (Mid-level profile) or 5+ years (Senior profile) in Application Support, Application Maintenance, or IT Consulting roles, both pre- and pos

t–go-live.
Experience in ERP project management (SAP or equivalent), with a focus on Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance

processes.
Knowledge of programming languages within the relevant ecosystem and strong database querying s

kills (SQL).
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Release

Management).
Familiarity with traditional and Agile Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, A

gile, Hybrid).
Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI) aimed at adopting new technologies

and processes.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for non-technical

business users.
Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems under pressure and

tight deadlines.
Proficiency in written a

nd spoken English.
Preferred qualifications: PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum certifications; ITIL v4 Foundation certification; SAP Certified Application Associate or equival
