SAP EWM Consultant - Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EWM implementations and support, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to solving complex logistics challenges. This role will play a key part in delivering high-impact SAP EWM solutions to our clients.

SAP EWM Consultant - Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support SAP EWM full lifecycle implementations and rollouts.
• Analyze client requirements and design optimized warehouse management solutions.
• Configure SAP EWM modules (Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes).
• Integrate SAP EWM with other modules (SAP S/4HANA, MM, SD, TM).
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
• Provide training and documentation for end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, functional consultants).
• Offer post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Stay current on SAP innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

SAP EWM Consultant -Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience (embedded and/or decentralised).
• Strong functional knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration is a plus.
• Good understanding of RF, MFS, Yard Management, and Labor Management.
• Proven experience in system configuration and customisation.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Italian and English (written and verbal).
• Problem-solving attitude and client-focused mindset.
• Availability to travel, if required, within Italy or Europe.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP EWM Certification
• Experience in SAP TM or SAP WM is an advantage
• Background in logistics or engineering
• Experience in agile project environments
