• Understand the SAP HCM architecture specific to Italy, along with proficiency in the SAP HR Time Management module.
• Translate functional descriptions into technical solutions effectively.
• Experience in application maintenance, Employee Central Payroll, and Fiori is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience with the SAP HR Time Management module.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
