As SAP Plant Maintenance & Quality Management Senior Analyst, you will help ensure that Prysmian’s plants around the world can run reliably, safely, and with high quality standards, supported by strong digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support and continuously improve the digital tools used by plants to manage maintenance activities and quality controls
- Act as a key point of contact between plant users and IT delivery teams, translating operational needs into effective system solutions
- Ensure SAP applications supporting maintenance execution and quality inspections work smoothly and consistently across regions
- Analyze requests, incidents, and improvement opportunities, helping prioritize and deliver the right solutions
- Take part in global rollouts, enhancements, and upgrades, supporting testing, training, and go‑live activities
- Collaborate daily with international stakeholders, gaining exposure to different plants, processes, and operational realities
- Contribute to a continuously evolving digital landscape, where SAP is the foundation but innovation and integration with new technologies are encouraged
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience working with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM), ideally on S/4HANA
- Solid understanding of maintenance processes (preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts) and quality processes (inspections, controls, certificates)
- Experience providing functional support, handling incidents, and improving system usability
- Strong ability to work with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate them into practical solutions
- Exposure to global or multi‑plant environments, with appreciation for standardization and harmonization
- Familiarity with SAP master data, configuration, and integration with other modules
- Comfortable operating in international, evolving contexts, including travel (20% of the time)
- Fluent English, written and spoken
