IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, candidates MUST have:

• Hands-on experience with SAP SD
• Knowledge of Order to Cash processes
• Experience working in consulting companies or system integrators
• Participation in SAP implementation, rollout, AMS or support projects
• Professional knowledge of English and Italian

Your Role

You will join our Order to Cash Business Unit and work on international SAP projects focused on Sales & Distribution processes.

You will support clients in analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP solutions, improving operational processes, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.

Main responsibilities include:

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements
• Supporting SAP SD functional analysis and configuration
• Managing and optimizing Order to Cash processes
• Supporting testing activities, UAT and post go-live phases
• Interacting with business stakeholders and project teams
• Preparing functional documentation and presentations
• Conducting training sessions for key users

Required SAP SD Knowledge

Candidates should have experience in some of the following areas:

• Sales Order Management
• Pricing and Condition Technique
• Delivery Processes
• Billing Processes
• Customer Master Data / Business Partner
• Output Management
