Job Description:

We are looking for a SAP ERP Solution Specialist to support LU-VE Group. In this role, you will report to the ICT Group Director and be part of the ICT Department . You will be based at LU-VE S.p.A, Uboldo (VA).

Mission of the role:

The SAP ERP Solution Specialist is responsible for ensuring that business activities follow the defined core model, including ERP solutions in coordination with the Group ICT Team. You will interact with internal stakeholders to facilitate their daily activities by guiding them on the correct procedures for using SAP transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring SAP Manufacturing Core Model (solutions, processes, and rules) is well documented, evolves consistently, and is not jeopardized by localization.
• Supporting SAP users in daily activities and ensuring adherence to the Group Core Model.
• Collecting, analyzing, and sharing local requirements with the Group ICT Team.
• Planning and conducting tests, mentoring, and training Key Users.
• Collaborating with the Plant Systems Admin Team for hardware issue resolution.
• Supporting Operations teams by monitoring, validating activities, and providing functional expertise as needed.

Qualifications and experience:

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
• Preferably graduated with an engineering degree and at least 5 years of experience using SAP-ERP in manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge of SAP MM, WM, and PP modules is required, with practical experience in daily use.
• Familiarity with FIORI is a plus.
