Freelance SAP Time Management Consultant (Italian/English Speaking) – Remote (Italy-Based Projects)
Start Date: As early as July 2025
Contract: 6 months initial – option to extend, long-term opportunity
Location: Remote (with one on-site visit in Italy during go-live)
Language: English (Italian projects)
Workload: ~32 hours/week
The Opportunity
Enzo Tech Group are exclusively recruiting for a freelance SAP Time Management Consultant to support a major SAP HCM programme for a European customer currently undergoing transformation from on-premise SAP HR to HCM.
This is an English-speaking role , supporting Italian HR/time management projects , with flexible remote working and strong potential for long-term integration into the core team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing maintenance of SAP Time Management systems
- Collaborate with Italian clients to analyze and implement TM schemes
- Contribute to upcoming HCM transformation initiatives in the U.S. from Summer 2025
- Work alongside 2-3 existing contractors, with opportunities for varied bench tasks across the year
- Offer guidance and insights on SAP HR and SuccessFactors integrations
What You Bring
- Strong experience in SAP HR Time Management
- Experience working with Italian client environments
- Comfortable communicating in English (projects are in Italian, but internal comms in English)
- Ideally available from July 2025 (some flexibility for notice periods)
- Freelance contractor mindset — but open to becoming permanent if the opportunity suits
- S/4HANA not required; experience with classic SAP HCM is sufficient
