La posizione è aperta all'interno del team di Generali Italia. We are looking for a Scrum Master to join GOSP Digital Factory team, with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Supporting an Agile squad in carrying out development activities by applying the SCRUM methodology
- Supporting the Product Owner in the development and maintenance of the backlog
- Constantly monitoring and improving the effectiveness of the adopted methodologies
- Constantly supporting the team in the monitoring of the velocity, also collaborating with technical leads/stakeholders to ensure that it is adequate to the backlog fulfilment needs
- Supporting effective and clear communication between squad members and technical stakeholders
- Preparing and managing the planning as well as steering committees with the main stakeholders
- Establishing himself/herself as a single point of contact for the Business Units
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, computer engineering or other preparatory diploma for software design and development
- More than 10 years of proven experience in software development contexts managing complex IT projects
- Certification as SCRUM Master
- At least 5 years of experience applying the Agile SCRUM methodology
- Experience in using project management tools with Agile methodology such as the Atlassian Suite (e.g. Jira and Confluence)
- Basic knowledge of software development, lifecycle and modern architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs, cloud environments)
- Experience in preparing PowerPoint presentations for the management
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (CEFR B2 reference level)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to understand delivery processes

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical discussions and articulate issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills
- Predisposition to team collaboration and coaching
- Propensity to simplify processes
