Experteer Overview
In this role you enable iterative software and automation delivery for IDEAL Combines by guiding Agile processes, removing blockers, and boosting team performance. You will align cross-functional teams, manage risks, and support high-quality software delivery in a complex engineering setting. The position offers a chance to shape how agile practices scale across subsystems and contribute to AGCO’s mission of advancing agriculture.
