We are looking for a talented Seafreight Export Operator for our Bologna office.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate outbound sea shipments for customers, in line with (CS)SOPs, GWs, and industry policies and procedures, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate and proactively monitor outgoing shipments
- Select the appropriate carrier, negotiate rates, and coordinate shipments
- Communicate with the carrier to confirm shipment arrival and release
- Coordinate customs clearance and customer delivery
- Manage customer contact and align their needs with the services offered
- Organize the collection and delivery of shipping documents
