COREcruitment is seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager for a luxury 5-star hotel in Venice. The role supports leadership of banqueting operations, overseeing event setup, service delivery and team coordination to deliver high-end experiences for discerning clients.
It is a hands-on position requiring a proactive, detail-oriented leader with grace under pressure. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in banqueting with at least 2 years in supervision, fluent in English and Italian, and strong PMS
