As the Application Security Lead, you will guide security-by-design across development teams to protect applications from threats. You’ll define standards, review architectures, and respond to incidents, shaping secure software at scale. The role sits in the R&D-driven environment of a leading tech group investing in AI and innovative solutions. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to embed security into the product lifecycle and drive continuous improvement. • Lead security initiatives across the organization with security‑by‑design from early development stages
• Develop and maintain secure coding standards and guidelines for development teams

Responsabilità

• Knowledge of security frameworks such as SAMM, ASVS, NIST CSF
• Experience with SAST/DAST tools (Checkmarx, Black Duck, Snyk or equivalents)
• Understanding of ISO 27000, NIS2, DORA, ACN guidelines, PCI-DSS and their impact on security
• English proficiency at C1 level
