The mission of Global Services Legal is to "drive sustainable business growth for Accenture by providing deep legal expertise at the intersection of business strategy, industry, and technology in a highly dynamic environment." The team acts as a strategic partner and product counsel for the four services under Accenture's Next Generation Growth Model: Interactive, Strategy & Consulting, Technology, and Operations.

This team also functions as an integrator within the wider Legal department, coordinating multidisciplinary expertise to deliver a cohesive legal perspective to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess new Security offerings, develop risk mitigation strategies, and enable go-to-market strategies.
2. Support client opportunities as a Security SME, providing business-focused, risk-based advice to the Security Business, Sales Teams, and Legal department.
3. Collaborate with Regulatory and Compliance Counsel to analyze regulations and anticipate impacts on the Security Business.
4. Develop guidance and templates for Security offerings to streamline legal processes.
5. Deliver communications, guidance, and training on legal considerations for the Security Business and Sales Teams.
6. Build and maintain relationships within the Security and Legal organizations.
7. Assist in evaluating acquisition targets and post-merger strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably advising on new products or services.
• Ability to analyze complex facts, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to security products/services, outsourcing, and technology, with understanding of IP, data privacy, and transactional issues.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders.

Education and Qualifications:
