In TDSYNNEX we are looking for an Internal sales specialized within Security Business Unit , responsible for processes and vendors pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on the Security portfolio.
What You Will Do
- Build excellent resellers and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge, subject to clear managerial direction
- Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company
- Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities
- Manages reporting and customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing"
- Either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements
- Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
- Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers
- Attainment of KPI such as customer engagement
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
- Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)
- Provides accurate and timely quotations
- Be responsible for the overall sales process, from requirements gatherings to stock evaluation, vendor channel terms & conditions evaluation, offers generation, orders management up to ship and delivery to final customer, interacting with internal tools
- Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities
What You Will Need
- 5+ years of experience
- Cyber-security skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite
- Knowledge of the TD SYNNEX Security vendors portfolio is key
- Italian and English fluent
- Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills
- Priority management and planning skills
- Strive to achieve set targets
- Good relationship building
- Ideal candidates will have previous experience of tools for quotation, order entry, CRM, SAP
