Senior Account Manager

We are hiring an Account Manager to support the growth of Fabrick in the Italian market . We are looking for a person who is willing to scale the business, through a proactive sales approach. You will manage relationships with Fabrick’s key clients, you will be focused on cross & up-selling activities in order to ensure target revenues on the assigned portfolio. You will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and enjoy being close to sales and partnership managers as well as product and engineering teams.
What you will do :
- Be the main point of contact for our most-important customers, managing a cross industry portfolio (merchants, corporates, financial institutions)
- Shape, monitor and share our KPIs to our clients
- Build relationships with the right stakeholders to success into the day-to-day activities
- Champion product improvements and help drive to launch new features
- Attending events to meet Fabrick’s clients
- Work closely with executives within the business to drive sales strategy
The Ideal Candidate :
- Strong business acumen and enthusiastic about working in an innovative area of finance
- Knowledge of the payment/banking industry + B2B SaaS setting is recommended
- Excellent communication skills
- Dynamic and KPI-driven
- Capable of working well under pressure
- Driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to “think-outside-the-box” and suggest changes to processes to improve efficiency
- Quick to learn, understand, and explain complex concepts and products
- Willing to travel, to visit other offices and to stay in regular touch with the headquarter
- 5 years of experience in a client facing role, working with enterprise accounts
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (STEM, finance or economics) or equivalent practical experience
