About the role

Senior Accountant in the Accounting Compliance & Reporting team at EY. The role supports multinational companies of medium and large size in the preparation of civil financial statements and management reports, with a focus on recurring tax analysis and advanced analytical accounting. Responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation and review of financial statements and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting and reporting standards. • Conduct recurring tax analysis and support the fiscal aspects of the financial reporting process. • Maintain and analyze general & analytical accounting records. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including billing, finance, and technology units, to ensure data quality and compliance. • Identify and recommend process improvements using technology and AI tools such as PowerBI, Copilot365, and EYQ. Qualifications

Laurea specialistica in Economia. 2–4 years of experience in a commercial firm or in an accounting‑finance function. Strong knowledge of general & analytical accounting, financial statements, and recurring tax. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Proficient with Office suite and key accounting/ERP software. Strong relational and communication skills. Development and Benefits

Salary range: €34.000–€43.000, based on objective criteria and adjusted for experience. Contract governed by the CCNL Commercio, with contractual level determined in line with experience and profile. EEO Statement
