In Taller Marmo we are seeking a talented Senior Accounting Analyst to join our fast-growing team in Milan.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, a collaborative approach, and a strong passion for innovation in luxury retail. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work cross‑functionally with the Wholesale, E‑commerce, Marketing, Logistics, and Production teams to support seamless operations and sustainable growth.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure in a fast‑evolving environment and wants to play a key role in strengthening the company’s financial foundations.
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will bring in‑house all accounting processes currently managed by an external partner, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
You will actively contribute to the implementation of the new ERP (Go‑Live January 2027) and work closely with the COO to design and build the company’s financial and operational analysis framework from the ground up.
This role combines hands‑on accounting, financial analysis, process design, and project management. It is a great opportunity for a detail‑oriented yet business‑driven professional who enjoys transforming raw data into actionable insights and thrives in a dynamic, hands‑on environment.
Build and structure the company’s management reporting framework from scratch. Work with the COO to build the budget and develop and maintain analyses of actual vs. budget performance. Partner with business teams to conduct cost analyses and identify opportunities for optimization.
Candidate Profile
· Strong academic and professional background in Accounting and Finance
· Solid experience in accounting and financial operations, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce
· Proven ability to work hands‑on while also contributing at a strategic level
· Strong understanding of accounting flows and ERP systems; prior involvement in an ERP implementation is a strong plus
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear business insights
· Project management mindset: organized, resourceful, and collaborative.
