About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Agent Develope r with hands-on experience in designing and building intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI Foundry (Azure AI Foundry).

This role focuses on delivering advanced AI solutions integrated within the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems, enabling business process automation and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will design and implement conversational and autonomous AI agents capable of working with enterprise data, orchestrating workflows, and integrating with corporate systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI Foundry
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure AI solutions
• Configure conversational flows, prompts, and agent orchestration logic
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (Microsoft 365, APIs, databases, Azure services)
• Develop automation workflows using Power Automate and Azure services
• Monitor, test, and optimize AI agent performance
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify AI use cases
• Contribute to best practices, standards, and reusable AI components

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI agent or chatbot development, preferably with Copilot Studio or similar platforms
• Experience with:
• Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Microsoft AI Foundry / Azure AI / Azure OpenAI
• Strong understanding of:
• Modern AI architectures (LLMs, agent-based systems, multi-agent orchestration)
• Prompt engineering and generative AI integration
• REST APIs and system integrations
• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, AI Search)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C#, JavaScript)

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in complex environments
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise generative AI projects
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and data protection (DLP)
