Senior Analyst, Contract and Corporate Affairs

At Alfasigma , we are looking for a Senior Analyst, Contract and Corporate Affairs to join our in-house legal team, reporting directly to the Corporate Affairs and Contract Manager. You will play a key role in supporting business activities through effective contract management and corporate governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial contracts in support of the company's business activities.
• Oversee corporate governance activities at both domestic and international levels, including the preparation and filing of corporate documentation (e.g., board and shareholders’ meeting minutes), in collaboration with external counsel.
• Provide timely and practical legal advice to various business units on a broad range of legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Coordinate with Italian and international external legal advisors on matters related to contracts and corporate affairs.
• Support internal digital legal projects and cross-functional initiatives, working closely with other members of the legal team to ensure effective implementation.

Requirements:

• Law degree; bar qualification is a plus.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in contract and corporate law, gained within a top-tier law firm and/or the legal department of a leading national or multinational company.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and handling corporate governance matters.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with a pragmatic and solution-driven approach.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
