In this role you drive advanced hydraulic system design for OEM applications, bridging engineering excellence with business outcomes. You will lead cross‑functional design and validation activities, shaping custom solutions that align with global objectives. You’ll collaborate with R&D to influence product roadmaps and mentor peers, while supporting high‑level technical relationships with major customers. This position offers meaningful impact by accelerating time‑to‑market and delivering technically robust, market‑ready solutions.

- Design sophisticated hydraulic circuits and integrated electro‑hydraulic control systems for advanced OEM architectures
- Lead circuit and system simulation to validate solutions before implementation, reducing time‑to‑market and risk
- Collaborate closely with R&D for new product development and strategic market insights
- Resolve complex technical issues and coordinate urgent field interventions
- Manage full lifecycle of complex custom projects including budgeting, feasibility, timelines, and risk
- Build high‑level technical relationships with decision‑makers at major OEMs and stakeholders
- Develop technology packages for dedicated markets in line with global sales strategies
- Mentor junior team members and lead technical events/exhibitions
- Support audits to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards
Responsabilità
- Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field)
- 7–10+ years of hydraulic systems experience in mobile equipment
- Mastery of hydraulic valves and integrated manifold systems
- Strong knowledge of electro‑hydraulic systems for mobile machinery
- Proficiency in electronics and Fieldbus systems (CAN‑bus)
- Commercial experience in technical sales or related environment
- Advanced computer skills with MS Office; experience with MRP/ERP systems
- Professional fluency in English and Italian
