Senior Associate, Valuation Services

Experteer Overview

In this role you help clients meet complex financial reporting and tax requirements through advanced valuation expertise and industry knowledge. You will work within a team that tracks regulatory changes and contributes to valuation standards, delivering clear analyses and trusted client guidance. You’ll engage with clients to gather data, analyze financials, apply valuation approaches, and present findings, while mentoring junior staff. This is a client-facing, impact-driven position at a global leader empowering cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform valuation analyses for private and public clients
• Understand the client’s business model and strategy
• Interview clients to gather engagement data
• Analyze financial statements and business plans
• Select and apply appropriate valuation approaches
• Prepare and present valuation results clearly and persuasively
• Supervise and mentor junior staff on analyses and reports
• Build client relationships and act as primary contact
• Draft proposals, presentations and publications for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Finance
• Master in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or MBA (optional)
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new tasks and industries quickly
• Demonstrated leadership and integrity
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments, and work in a team

• Excellent written and verbal communication and experience working with diverse teams
