Senior Brand Designer (Visual) – Marketing and Communications Brand Center of Excellence As the Senior Brand Designer (Visual), you will shape and deliver the visual and graphic expression of the brand across physical touchpoints. You will ensure that products, events, and marketing assets consistently reflect the brand identity, visual language, and quality standards.

Key stakeholders include the Head of Brand, Brand Creative Lead, Brand Operations Lead, Product and Industrial Design team, Marketing and Communications, business area marketing teams, event and facility teams, external production partners and agencies, and other internal stakeholders requiring brand design support.

Location This is a permanent position with possible locations: Helsinki or Vaasa (Finland), Gdansk (Poland) or Trieste (Italy).

Key Responsibilities Marketing Assets

Driving the design of PowerPoint presentations and graphic, strategic materials to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand outputs across the organisation.

Designing and producing visual marketing assets such as print materials, brochures, signage, and branded collateral.

Ensuring all marketing assets are visually consistent, high quality, and aligned with the brand identity and messaging.

Digital Brand Touchpoints: Products

Owning and delivering brand‑related design work for physical products.

Ensuring strong alignment between brand identity and product appearance, graphics, and visual details.

Collaborating closely with industrial design, product and engineering teams to integrate brand requirements.

Ensuring brand consistency and quality across physical product touchpoints.

Physical Brand Touchpoints: Events

Supporting the Brand Operations Lead in the design and execution of physical events.

Providing graphic and visual design support for event environments, signage, materials, and branded elements, ensuring the visuals align with brand guidelines and contribute to a coherent overall brand experience.

Other Design Work

Supporting ad hoc design needs across the organisation, providing hands‑on design execution and visual guidance where needed.

Supporting brand initiatives, campaigns, and internal projects with high‑quality physical and visual design expertise.

Position Requirements

Strong art direction eye combined with hands‑on execution and the ability to set visual tone and quality standards for marketing and design assets while personally delivering high‑quality work across the full production chain.

Understanding of industrial design and the ability to apply brand design within physical product contexts.

Experience with spatial and environmental design and the ability to translate brand identity into three‑dimensional spaces such as showrooms, office environments, exhibition stands, vessel interiors, not only 2D assets.

Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and consistent brand application.

Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organisation.

Proven ability to collaborate directly with industrial design and engineering teams to integrate brand expression into physical products by understanding material, form, and manufacturing constraints.

Experience in managing external production partners (print houses, signage vendors, exhibition builders), including quality control, specification writing, and production oversight.

Portfolio demonstrating work in industrial or B2B environments, including event booths, product branding, facility branding, vehicle/vessel liveries, not only marketing collateral.

Ability to develop and maintain physical brand standards (material palettes, signage systems, environmental guidelines) that scale across global locations and touchpoints.

Strong project management skills for physical deliverables with long lead times, multiple vendors, and cross‑functional dependencies (procurement, facility, events).

Compensation The primary location for this role is Finland, but the role can also be based in Italy, where the annual salary range is 47 127 EUR – 59 595 EUR in accordance with the salary provisions in the National Collective Labour Agreement applicable to workers in the metalworking and plant engineering sector (CCNL Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di Impianti). The final salary will be influenced by factors such as role scope, required competencies, relevant education, skills, and experience, and the salary provisions in the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
