About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
to join a major
Business Transformation program
within a debt collection company undergoing significant digital and operating model evolution (Tribes & Squads setup). The role acts as a key bridge between
Finance, Operations, Product, and IT , ensuring business needs are translated into clear requirements and delivered through agile squads. You will play a critical role in enabling the organization to move from a traditional operational model to a more
product-oriented and transformation-driven mindset .
Key Responsibilities Act as the main business interface within agile squads and transformation initiatives Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and backlog items Support Product Owners and Squad Leads in prioritization and delivery planning Map and redesign business and operational processes (As-Is / To-Be) Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvement and automation opportunities Support testing activities, UAT, and business validation Ensure business readiness and support change management and adoption Work with Agile tools such as
Jira
for backlog management and tracking Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and squad effectiveness
Required Experience 2+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Transformation roles Strong experience in
Business Transformation, Operations Transformation, or Digital Transformation Solid understanding of business process analysis and requirement management Experience working in
Agile environments (Squads / Tribes) Experience in financial services, debt collection, banking, servicing, or BPO environments is highly preferred Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments Hands-on experience with
Jira and backlog management tools
Languages Italian: Fluent (mandatory) English: Minimum
B2 level (Upper-Intermediate)

Nice to Have Confluence or collaboration tools experience BPMN/process modeling knowledge Product Operating Model exposure Change management experience
