Responsibilities

• Front‑end UI/UX design for third‑party applications or VLT platforms.
• Technical documentation.
• API specifications or technical design.

You will act as the coordination and triage point, ensuring that all queries are routed to the appropriate subject matter experts. Responses are produced by SMEs and communicated through the Project Management function, ensuring proper governance and visibility. For internal requirement queries, teams engage directly with the relevant subject matter experts and you will work in close collaboration with the Architect/Technical Lead and QA Lead throughout the entire requirement elicitation and delivery lifecycle, from initiation onward.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Strong experience in requirements engineering (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and governance).
• Proven ability to translate high‑level business needs into detailed, structured, and testable functional requirements.
• Advanced JIRA expertise (or equivalent ALM tools), including creation and management of epics, user stories, workflows, and requirement hierarchies.
• Ability to define clear and measurable acceptance criteria (functional and testable).
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end requirements lifecycle management (from definition to delivery and closure).
• Experience ensuring full traceability across requirements, design, development, and testing artefacts.
• Ability to define and maintain structured scope boundaries (in‑scope, out‑of‑scope, baseline, and transitional requirements).
• Strong capability in modelling and documenting end‑to‑end user journeys and process flows across multiple systems.
• Solid understanding of functional system integration concepts (non‑technical level), including cross‑system dependencies.
• Experience working with regulatory‑driven requirements and translating compliance constraints into functional specifications.
• Ability to support test phases (UAT / system testing) through requirement clarification and validation.
• Strong documentation skills, ensuring structured, consistent, and auditable requirement artefacts.
• Ability to manage requirements in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments with multiple dependencies.
• Experience participating in workshops and structured requirement‑gathering sessions.
• Strong analytical skills to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in requirements.
• Fluency in Italian and English
