• Location : Milan, with 2–3 days onsite per week + occasional travel

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and define processes in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and intralogistics
• Coordinate and support various project initiatives
• Prepare project documentation , presentations , and meeting minutes
• Facilitate communication between business and IT stakeholders
• Monitor progress and support project reporting

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst and / or PMO in industrial / manufacturing settings
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations , ideally in the tyre industry
• Excellent skills in :
• Business Analysis
• Requirement Analysis
• Strong communication, synthesis, and documentation abilities
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary, international teams

Nice-to-Haves

• Knowledge of IT architectures and technologies in MES / intralogistics
• Ability to evaluate or propose technical / applicative solutions
• Arabic language proficiency (B2)
• Skills in :
• Project Management (intermediate)

Notes

• Onsite presence required in Milan 2–3 days / week
• Short trips to other sites for workshops or inspections may be needed
