Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clients clear and concise descriptions of services by becoming a product expert.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in brands’ Intellectual Property divisions and anti-counterfeiting teams.
- Schedule and lead meetings to provide comprehensive introductions to our services.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences across Europe on a regular basis.
- Manage the flow of legal documents (agreements and PoA’s) between clients and BrandMonitor until signatures are finalized.
- Fulfill sales KPI's.
- Manage and keep CRM data up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Italian is essential; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Motivation and capability to meet sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe for events and client meetings.
Would be a plus:
- Legal experience, either through sales or experience as a lawyer.
- Developed understanding of the legal and operational aspects of Intellectual Property and anti-counterfeiting practices.
