Job description We are currently looking for a

Senior Business Manager

to join our team in

Milano . This is a unique opportunity to take on a key entrepreneurial role within Valuement, in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment. As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for launching and developing a new consulting division, having full ownership over the Business Unit and its strategic direction.

Your missions Define and implement the commercial strategy for the new division. Launch and develop a consulting Business Unit from scratch. Manage the full P&L and ensure the profitability and performance of the unit. Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of consultants and Business Managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at a strategic level. Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives. Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across all projects.

Your profile Entrepreneurial mindset

with the ability to lead and build from the ground up. Strong background in

consulting, business development , or similar roles. Experience in

team leadership , project management, and client engagement. Proven ability to manage P&L and drive strategic growth. Fluent in

Italian and English ; French is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. Prior experience in launching new business units or managing high-impact projects is highly appreciated.
