Responsibilities:
1. Logistics channel development:
assist Country manager in the development of logistics providers in the corresponding market;
2. commercial negotiation:
Assist the Country Manager in business negotiations and facilitate relevant business processes
3. Business optimization:
Assist in the optimization of logistics routes and business processes. Improve the quality of end logistics services and optimize costs;
4. Logistics management:
Participate in the formulation of supplier management assessment standards, complete the monthly KPI assessment of logistics providers, and help logistics providers continuously improve to achieve higher service levels.
Job requirements:
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in logistics, supply chain, or vendor management;
experience in cross-border logistics is a plus.
2. Professional Skills
- Familiar with logistics market operations and local logistics provider resources in the target region.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proven experience in commercial discussions.
- Solid understanding of logistics cost control, process optimization, and KPI management.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.G., Excel, BI tools) to support decision-making.
3. Language & Communication
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
proficiency in an additional local language is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
