Construction Project Manager (Biogas/Biomethane)
Location : Avetrana / Apulia. Italy
We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in the biogas/biomethane sector to oversee plant revamping projects from the design phase through to Ready to Build (RTB) status. The Project Manager will be responsible for technical coordination, stakeholder management, and supplier negotiations, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage biogas/biomethane plant revamping projects.
- Coordinate all engineering disciplines from design through performance testing.
- Oversee project development, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
- Manage all project stakeholders, including authorities, suppliers, and technical partners.
- Identify and propose suitable suppliers for project needs.
- Support the engineering team in evaluating and aligning supplier bids.
- Negotiate supply contracts to ensure the best technical and financial terms.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing projects or operations in the biogas/biomethane sector.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Project and Excel.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Strong team spirit, initiative, interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-intensity environments.
