Senior Consultant / Associate Manager

Senior Consultant / Associate Manager to be hired for digital transformation projects in Italy or abroad within the Global AI & Data Science Business Line.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of AI solutions within client projects.
• Provide and share technical leadership, serving as a reference point within client projects.
• Contribute to the upskilling and reskilling of junior resources, facilitating the acquisition of necessary competencies and the identification of key technologies to support digital transformation projects.
• Guide clients in understanding the risks and opportunities of transformation projects, identifying appropriate tools for designing target architectures.
• Leverage technical experience from client/consulting environments to generate business insights useful for decision‑making.
• Contribute to internal research and development activities, ideation of new solutions, use cases, and business development.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in STEM disciplines.
• 3–6 years of experience in consulting roles/functions in data science and AI (e.g., architect). Requirements vary by role applied.
• Knowledge of main ML and GenAI algorithms and technologies supporting transformation processes.
• Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Python, R, Matlab, Java.
• Familiarity with structured and unstructured databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Neo4j, etc.).
• Experience with at least one cloud‑based AI service (SageMaker, VertexAI, AzureML).
• Project management experience in digital transformation (e.g., journey to cloud).
• Professional proficiency in English; French is considered a plus.
