Senior Consultant Commercial Team (Naples)

Responsibilities

• Identification, development and origination of new investment and business opportunities in the real estate market;
• Management and coordination of economic-financial analyses and business planning activities related to real estate assets and operations;
• Supervision of property valuation processes and definition of asset enhancement strategies;
• Management of relationships with institutional investors, developers and key stakeholders, to support the presentation of investment opportunities;
• Monitoring of market trends, competitive analysis and preparation of strategic reports to support business development;
• Collaboration with internal teams, including Marketing and Business Support, for the definition and implementation of commercial and market positioning initiatives;
• Active contribution to the development of territorial presence and consolidation of the Dils brand in the reference market.

Requirements

• Qualification for the profession of real estate broker
• Proven experience in the residential real estate sector (at least 8 years)
• Degree in Economics or related disciplines
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong operational flexibility and team-working attitude, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
• Excellent active listening skills and interpersonal relationship management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured thinking orientation
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
