As a Senior Consultant in Deal Advisory M&A Tax, you drive tax-related structuring and due diligence for M&A transactions in Italy. You will work within a cross‑functional team, handling complex domestic and international tax issues and contributing to shaping deal outcomes. The role offers exposure to high‑profile transactions and opportunities to coach junior members. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on proactive, transaction-oriented analysis.

Responsabilità

• 3+ years of experience at Junior or Senior tax specialist level in a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm
• Master's degree in Economics or Law with strong academic results; 105/110 or equivalent
• Qualified (or in process) as Chartered Accountant and/or Lawyer
• Excellent English; strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
