Senior Consultant – ERP Transformation

Job Description

Sia is looking for a Senior Consultant in Milan (hybrid) to join the CIO Advisory practice in projects defining the IT Target Operating Model, reviewing IT processes, and managing the governance of complex transformation programmes.

The candidate will be involved in projects related to the following areas of expertise:

• ERP Transformation or Implementation
• Management of complex programs on SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics platforms
• Knowledge of main end-to-end business processes (Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Supply Chain Management)
• Definition and analysis of business and functional requirements
• Definition of evolution roadmaps and migration plans

Additional opportunities include contributing to the growth and development of the Practice through workshops, publications, market analyses and seminar participation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Technology and Systems, Economics or Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in major consulting firms or in IT project structures within multinational companies
