The firm combines strong analytical rigor with a client-centric approach, delivering tailored solutions across strategy, M&A, and performance improvement. The company has recently launched its operations in the Italian market, and the candidate we will hire will report directly to the Country Head.

Offerta

• Support end-to-end strategy projects (market entry, growth strategy, M&A strategy, operating model design)
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses (market sizing, competitive benchmarking, financial modelling)
• Prepare client deliverables, including presentations and executive summaries
• Translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, contributing to problem structuring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project execution

Competenze ed esperienza

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or similar advisory roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid foundation in financial analysis and business strategy
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Good communication skills and fluency in French
