Senior Consultant - Public Sector

Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead delivery and implementation of digital transformation projects for public sector and healthcare clients. You will work within the SHaPE practice to drive business change, governance, and service redesign using Prince2 and Agile frameworks. You’ll collaborate with senior client teams to translate strategy into practical initiatives and ensure benefits are sustained after go‑live. The position offers a strong learning culture, mentorship, and global collaboration in a high‑impact environment.

Responsabilità

• Masters degree in business, economics or engineering
• 2+ years of experience in delivery and implementing digital transformation in public sector or public healthcare
• Solid understanding of project management tools/methods (MS Project, Prince2, Agile)
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving
• Entrepreneurial spirit and persistence
• Ability to adapt communication style to diverse stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Strong collaboration with senior management
• Focus on delivering lasting impact for clients
