We’re looking for aLead Consultantto join ourItalian teamwith a strong interest and experience inEnterprise Performance Management (EPM), particularly the innovativeOneStreamplatform. This role offers the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and ownership of high-impact projects, while mentoring others and shaping how we deliver solutions to our clients.
As a Lead Consultant atinlumi, you’ll work closely with clients to lead and deliver complex EPM projects, leveraging your deep functional and technical expertise. You’ll play a hands-on role in solution design, implementation, and optimisation. You will work alongside a diverse team of skilled professionals in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deploymentof OneStream applications that support core EPM processes including financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting.
- Serve as atrusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic, impactful solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and configure OneStream accordingly.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, helping to build internal capabilities and knowledge-sharing across the team.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimisation, automation, and innovation in client solutions.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation, training materials, and user guides to enable self-sufficiency and knowledge retention within client organisations.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s or master's degree infinance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Years of hands-on experiencein Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects, preferably withOneStreamor similar platforms (e.g. Hyperion, SAP BPC, Tagetik).
- Solid understanding offinancial processessuch as consolidation, forecasting, and reporting.
- Check the functional and technical raised issues and fix or resolve them.
- Analyse and develop small changes on existing solutions.
- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive decisions.
- Proven experience working directly with clients and stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in afast-paced, consulting environment, balancing multiple priorities.
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
