Senior Controls Engineer, Technical Operations - EMEA Italy | Hybrid | €65,000 - €80,000 | Bonus Are you an expert in BMS, SCADA and critical controls systems looking to make an impact across some of Europe's most advanced data centre environments? We are seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to provide technical leadership across a growing EMEA portfolio of mission‑critical facilities. This role will focus on defining controls standards, improving system reliability, supporting commissioning and operational acceptance activities, and driving continuous improvement across critical infrastructure operations. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise for BMS, SCADA, EMS, EPMS and DCIM systems Develop controls standards, integration principles and alarming strategies Support design reviews, commissioning and operational handovers Drive reliability, automation and system optimisation initiatives Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Delivery and IT/OT teams across multiple sites What You’ll Bring

Strong experience with BMS, SCADA or controls systems in mission‑critical environments Understanding of controls architecture, integration, networking and operational technologies Experience supporting commissioning, technical governance and operational acceptance Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills Degree, HND/HNC or equivalent experience in Controls, Automation or Electrical Engineering What’s on Offer
