We seek senior sales professionals with a strong network within the Corporate sector and are accustomed to managing large clients and we are recruiting across our European offices.


Key position responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through referrals, networking, and other methods.
  • Build and manage a productive sales pipeline.
  • Foster and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet targets.
  • Conduct outreach efforts to prospective clients.
  • Understand and communicate the benefits of TransPerfect's services.
  • Present TransPerfect's solutions in various settings (online, in-person, group).
  • Set and manage client expectations, consulting on best practices.
  • Handle pricing and contractual matters.
  • Travel as required for client meetings and conferences.

Essential experience required:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of successful senior sales experience within the corporate sector.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong team player who respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
