The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Customer Care Specialist to join our operations team at our Mirandola headquarters.
This is a key position within the organization, requiring full ownership of the order management process and acting as a strategic interface between customers, sales, production, and logistics.
The role goes beyond standard customer service, focusing on coordination, problem-solving, and continuous process improvement in an international and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full order lifecycle, from order entry to final delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients and distributors
- Coordinate cross-functionally with production, logistics, sales, and regulatory teams
- Monitor order status and proactively address potential delays or critical issues
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all related documentation (Delivery Notes, invoices, export documents)
- Handle complex customer requests and escalations with a solution-oriented approach
- Contribute to the optimization of internal processes and customer care workflows
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Care / Order Management , preferably in medical devices or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of international logistics, export procedures, and documentation
- Proven ability to manage complexity and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability, precision, and problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
