Your mission

• You are responsible for our Italian customers and take care of all communication .
• You are introducing innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries.
• You are responsible for the training of operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage .
• You identify possible “stumbling blocks” in the onboarding project and eliminate them in coordination with customers and colleagues from other areas.
• You are in charge of upgrading our solution for existing clients.
• Through your proximity to the customer, you help to continuously improve our product and processes .

Your profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proof of your own successful projects.
• A structured and clean way of working, even in stressful situations: you are used to keeping several balls in the air.
• Clear and confident communication at C-level, even in a tense environment.
• Willingness to travel to our customers.
• You are native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English, and keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the automotive or software environment is the cherry on the cake, but not a must.
