About the Role

As a Senior Data Engineer , you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting, building, and optimizing cloud-scale data solutions that change how entire organizations operate.

You’ll lead the data journey for client companies empowering them to achieve digital excellence and become true data-driven enterprises.

What You’ll Do

• Engineer end-to-end data pipelines using the most advanced cloud technologies, powering AI transformation for real businesses.
• Develop and deliver cutting-edge business applications for our clients, leveraging data to solve real operational challenges and create measurable impact.
• Deploy and customize Palantir Foundry for data integration, modeling, and analytics, turning raw data into strategic assets.
• Design, implement, and maintain AI-Powered Agent solutions that automate business processes and drive continuous value.
• Build and evolve agentic infrastructure , laying the groundwork for intelligent, autonomous systems that scale across industries.
• Partner with business & tech leaders: Identify high-value use cases, translate business needs into data solutions and intelligent tools, and deliver visible results.
• Drive data excellence: Own data quality, security, and governance—set new standards for our clients and team.
• Coach and inspire: Mentor junior engineers, sharing your passion and helping others grow.
• Work internationally: Collaborate with teams and clients across Italy and Europe, embracing multicultural challenges and opportunities.

Is This You?

• Proven data builder: 4+ years in data engineering, creating robust ETL/ELT pipelines and working with complex datasets (ERP, CRM, IoT, etc.).
• Technical depth: Strong in SQL, Python (or Scala/Java), and cloud data environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Analytical mindset: Experience with data warehousing and BI/reporting tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI).
• Growth-oriented: You’re excited to learn Palantir Foundry (full training provided) and push your limits every day.
• Natural communicator: You can connect with both technical and business audiences, and love to simplify the complex.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: You thrive in fast-paced, international settings and want your work to matter.
• Fluent in English and Italian .
• Willingness to travel in Europe as needed for project delivery.
• Must have: EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit. No sponsorship or relocation support available—our team needs you ready to go.
