Job Description

Your next challenge: create the future of Data & AI at Fater. You’ll join our Data & Analytics team, contributing to the design and deployment of advanced Machine Learning and AI solutions that power our Industrial, Commercial, and Corporate areas. In this role, you will shape scalable models, build intelligent systems, and accelerate Fater’s AI innovation roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and advanced AI systems.
• Translate complex business needs into concrete, measurable, data‑driven solutions.
• Validate, monitor, and industrialize algorithms in production environments.
• Contribute to the company’s AI innovation roadmap.
• Collaborate with Production, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Tech Innovation teams to co‑create impactful solutions.
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior Data Scientists.
• Develop robust data processing pipelines and MLOps pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineering.

Must Have Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of proven experience in Data Science / AI roles.
• Strong understanding of mathematics and statistics applied to ML and DL.
• Advanced programming skills in Python.
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience using LLMs both locally and via API.
• Knowledge of AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI).
• Experience building RAG‑based models.
• Experience deploying models using Flask or FastAPI.
• Knowledge of GitLab and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Streamlit (Python framework).
• Basic understanding of Docker.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
