You will partner with regional leadership to enable compliant growth and uphold corporate integrity across fast-moving markets. The position blends hands‑on leadership with shaping regional programs, policies, and external engagements. • Lead and develop regional Legal & Compliance teams across EMEA & LATAM
• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior leadership on commercial, regulatory, employment, and corporate matters
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements including commercial, development, supply, and distribution agreements
• Oversee regional compliance programs aligning with local laws and global standards
• Manage relationships with external counsel and vendors to ensure cost‑effective services
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable compliant business initiatives and product launches
• Design and deliver localized training on legal and compliance topics
• Monitor regulatory developments and conduct risk analyses to embed mitigation in processes

Responsabilità

• Law degree and qualification to practice in at least one EMEA or LATAM jurisdiction
• Minimum 20+ years post‑qualification experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or highly regulated industries
• Proven leadership of diverse teams across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• English fluent; Spanish/Portuguese/French strongly preferred
• Ability to operate in a matrixed global environment and influence executives
